Qustioner: Asalaam alaykum warahmatullah wabarakaatuh..
Please sir how can someone who doesn't observed solat Maghreb observed it when it's the time for solat Islam.

Aboo Lubaaba: Wa alaykum salaam warahmatullaah wabarakaatuh

It is haraam to deliberately not pray a Şalaah till its time passes. Such Şalaah will not be accepted even if prayed after that.
