A Questioner asked, is it permissible to give the mushaf to a none believer? For the hope that he might be guided after reading it? And how do we relate with this verse (لا يمسه إلا النطهرون)

Aboo Lubaaba: The correct opinion on this issue is that it is not allowed to give a Kāfir a Muşhaf as this contradicts the injunction of the Prophet, and it is the position of the majority of the scholars.

In lieu of that,  he could be given a translated copy as that is not a Muşhaf.
